Worth knowing before you commit
The Quality Alert button appears on a manufacturing or inventory order only where a quality check was already requested. Without the check, the alert has to be raised from the app itself.
Failure Locations arrived in Odoo 17.0 and are absent from earlier versions, which matters when quoting a quality rollout on a database that has not been upgraded.
